It is used for hot and cold compresses. The ability to keep the heat hot or cold for at least 45-60 minutes. The gel inside is soft and spongy after freezing, even at -20°C.
Cold compresses:
1. Place the package in the freezer for at least 10-15 minutes (for small packages) or 15-20 minutes (for large packages) before use.
2. Take out the package and wrap it in a dry towel.
3. Apply to the area to be applied.
Effects: reduce systemic fever and reduce pain.
Hot compresses:
1. Put the package into hot water (maximum temperature 80°C) for 10-15 minutes (for small packages) or 15-20 minutes (for large packages).

Hot compresses (microwave):
1. Put the package in the microwave (800W).
2. Make sure the gel is evenly distributed in the bag.
3. Heat the bag for 60 seconds (small packages) or 90 seconds (large packages) on low setting. The heating time varies with the intensity of the microwave.
4. If additional heating is required, heat it every 10 seconds until the desired temperature is reached.
5. Leave the package outside for at least 1 minute before serving.
Effects: Increases blood circulation and relieves fatigue.
Noticeable:
To avoid frostbite or burn, the package should be wrapped in a towel when using.
In general, hot or cold treatments should be applied to the skin for only 20 minutes at a time. Applying it too hot or using it for a long time can cause damage.
