The premium GelActiv technology includes two types of gel that effectively absorb shock and reduce pressure on your feet; Firmer gel supports the arches and heels of your feet, plus softer gels to ensure optimal shock absorption.
Make sure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry before use. Remove the plastic cover and look for a mark that says the left sole (L) versus the right sole (R). Place the sticky side of the sole down to the front of the shoe, making sure the raised area starts at the beginning of the slope of your shoe (this will be the bottom of the ball of your foot). Change the position as needed. Replace after six months or the first signs of wear. To remove the insole, slowly and gently pull it off the shoe.
