Goal:
COC/THC ABON ALERE TEST is a rapid visual immunoassay for the qualitative detection of cocaine and marijuana use of COC in human urine samples.
Safety measures for urine collection:
Be careful not to add any product or even tap or toilet water to the urine pool. The temperature device attached to the collection cup checks the appearance of green between 32°C and 38°C, preventing the use of urine from third parties. A few drops of acidic or chemical products should not change the urine temperature much, but they may change the result. Watch very carefully so that nothing other than urine is added to the collection cup.
Female gender: It is not necessary to perform personal hygiene or eliminate the first jet, preferably not in your menstrual period, if you are, apply a vaginal tampon during collection. Do not use vaginal creams or eggs 24 hours before collection;
Male gender: It is not necessary to do intimate hygiene or eliminate the first jet.
Interpretation of results:
Reagent positive result: Only one colored line appears, in the control region C. No colored line appears in the test region (T) for the drug in question. A reactive result indicates that the drug concentration exceeds the cutoff level.

The result of the absence of a reagent is negative: two colored lines appear on the membrane. One line appears in the control region C and the other line appears in the test region (T) for the drug in question. A non-reactive result indicates that the drug concentration is below the cutoff level.

Invalid result: Line C does not appear. Any test results that do not produce a control line within the specified reading time should be discarded. Please review the procedure and repeat with a new test. If the problem persists, do not continue using the test and contact your local distributor.
