Biatain® Silicone is a soft, conformable polyurethane foam dressing with a semi-permeable, antibacterial, waterproof top layer, a remote locking layer and a soft silicone adhesive layer.

Biatain® Silicone is used for a wide range of chronic and acute wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, non-infected diabetic foot ulcers, donor sites, post-operative wounds and traumatic wounds (eg skin abrasions, skin tears, abrasions). It can be used with compression therapy and can be left in place for up to 7 days.
