Dentinox gum balm for children, 15 grams, is a sugar-free gel that does not contain painkillers. It is used for quick and effective relief of teething pain in children.
Lidocaine Hydrochloride/Cetylpyridinium Chloride:
Lidocaine Hydrochloride/Cetylpyridinium Chloride Gel is used to help relieve pain and discomfort associated with teething (tooth growth), in children starting at 5 months of age.

- It contains many soothing elements, and it also contains clove oil, which acts as a local anesthetic to relieve gum pain.
Instructions for use
- Place a small amount on your fingertips or a clean piece of cotton and gently massage the child’s gums. You can repeat after 20 minutes if needed.
Uses of Lidocaine Hydrochloride/Cetylpyridinium Chloride:
• Use as directed by your doctor.
• Wash your hands before use.
• Place a pea-sized dot of the gel on your fingertips and gently spread it over the painful gum area.
• It can be used every 3 hours. Do not use more than 6 times in one day (24 hour period).

• If your child is allergic to the active ingredients or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
• In children younger than 5 months.
Warnings and precautions
• Tell your doctor about all of your child's health conditions.
• Do not use for more than 7 days per teething episode.
Possible side effects:
Stop using this product and seek immediate medical attention if you develop a rash; Itch; red, blistered, or peeling skin; tightness in the chest or throat; difficulty breathing, swallowing, or speaking; Unusual hoarseness or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat. The frequency with which these side effects occur is unknown.
There are no known side effects of lidocaine hydrochloride/cetylpyridinium gel.
