How to use Listerine Advanced Tartar Control Mouthwash™?
It is especially effective when used in the morning and evening after brushing. Pour 20ml (4*5ml teaspoon) into a cup, rinse around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit it out. Not suitable for use by children under 12 years.
