Curaprox Perio Plus Oral Care Gel 10ml is a product specially designed for oral care. The gel contains 0.09% chlorhexidine digluconate to eliminate bacteria. In addition, it contains hyaluronic acid to accelerate the regeneration process and stimulate cell growth.
- It also contains bitter orange bioflavonoids extract, a natural ingredient extracted from bitter orange. This extract is effective against bacteria, fungi, and some certain viruses. The gel effectively adheres to the teeth, gums and oral mucosa, helping to achieve a long-lasting effect.
Applying the gel is easy and precise, as it can be applied with your fingers or using a toothbrush. Thanks to its formula containing CITROX and the aroma developed by Givaudan experts, Perio Plus + gel has a good taste and does not affect the taste.
- Perio Plus + is especially recommended for use after surgery, as it promotes the regulation of moisture levels and accelerates cell regeneration.
- How to use: Apply the gel twice daily, morning and evening, to the affected areas. You can apply a small amount of gel using your fingers or a toothbrush.

To ensure that it adheres well to the teeth, gums and oral mucosa for long-lasting effect, it is combined with another natural ingredient - the amino acid polylysine - to create the Citrox®/P formula.
Good flavour, no effect on taste
Perio Plus tastes good, thanks to Citrox® and the flavor developed by the flavor experts at Givaudan. Furthermore, Perio Plus has no effect on your sense of taste – from orange juice to pizza, everything tastes as it should.
Tips for reducing color
During treatment with Perio Plus, avoid consumption of tobacco, coffee, black and green tea, red wine, berries, curry and saffron. This will keep staining to a minimum. Brush your teeth well with a toothbrush and consider using a whitening toothpaste such as those in our Black White or You ranges. The color is easily removed by dental professionals.
Hyaluronic acid speeds things up
Hyaluronic acid is recommended especially after operations. It regulates moisture levels, promotes cell growth and accelerates regeneration. Therefore some Perio Plus products contain hyaluronic acid.

Only use Perio Plus or other CHX mouthwashes as recommended by your dentist. Under normal circumstances, this product is not required - a toothbrush and intermittent brushes are sufficient to clean the teeth, gums and oral mucosa. Always follow your dental professional's instructions.
