Tribenoside / lidocaine suppositories are intended for the topical relief of hemorrhoids.
Tripinoside/lidocaine cream is intended for the relief of internal and external hemorrhoids.
Tripinoside: reduces vascular permeability and has an inhibitory effect on a series of substances that play an important role in the inflammatory process and the occurrence of pain.
Lidocaine: a local anesthetic that relieves pain and itching.
Do not use tripinoside/lidocaine if:
• You are allergic to the active ingredients or to any of the additional ingredients contained in the medicine.
Warnings and precautions:
Tell your doctor about all of your health conditions, including, if:
• You suffer from liver disease
• There is blood loss, anal pain and a high temperature for more than a week
Possible side effects:
Tripinoside/lidocaine can cause serious side effects. These side effects only happen to a small number of people and include:
• Allergic reactions
• combustion
• Itchy
Other medicines and terpenoid/lidocaine:
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have taken any other medicines, including nonprescription medicines or nutritional supplements.
How to use tripinoside/lidocaine:
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• Do not swallow. For external use only.
• Suppositories:
o Wash your hands well.
Remove the wrapper from the suppository and wet it with some water.
Lying on your side, insert the suppository as deep as you can into the rectum with a finger.
o Wash your hands after inserting the suppository.
• Generous:
o Clean and dry the rectal area completely.
o Gently apply a small amount of cream to the area.
o Indoor use: Attach a plastic threaded rod to the end of the tube. Insert the applicator into the rectum and apply pressure to the tube. Remove the fixture and wash it in hot, soapy water. Close the tube with the cap.
How to store tripinoside/lidocaine:
• keep away from the reach of the children.
• Do not use the medicine after the expiry date “EXP” which appears on the package. The expiration date refers to the last day of the same month.
• Store at a temperature below 25°C.
