Dr. Teal's Soaking Solution combines pure Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate USP), long known to revitalize tired, aching muscles and refresh the appearance of skin, with luxurious essential oils to soothe the senses and relieve stress.
Lavender extract contains soothing properties known to promote a better night's sleep.
how to use:
Soak your sore muscles away:
Pour at least 2 cups of Dr. Teal's Epsom salt under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes, and let the rich minerals absorb through the skin, providing relief to sore muscles.
Exfoliate your skin:
Mix a handful of Dr. Teal's Epsom salt with a handful of your favorite body wash. Gently massage the mixture onto the skin to remove dry patches, and get healthier skin.
Reducing sprains and amplitudes:
Add 1 cup of Dr Teal's Epsom salt to 1 quart of warm water. Submerge a cloth in the solution and squeeze out the excess water. Place a warm cloth on the affected area until the cloth becomes warm. Repeat two or three times to help reduce pain and swelling.
