Lotemax 0.5% Eye Gel 5g Lotemax Eye Drop(loteprednol etabonate opthalmic gel) is a medicine used to treat eye infection with inflammation. It kills bacteria, stops their growth, and helps relieve symptoms such as redness, itching, and swelling.
Lotemax Eye Drop should only be used in the affected eye. Read the label carefully for instructions before using the medication. Use it at the exact dose and duration as directed by your doctor or as directed on the label. Wash your hands before using this medicine. Complete your dose even if you feel better. Stopping the medication too early may cause the infection to return.
Use of this medication may cause irritation and discomfort immediately after use. These are usually temporary and resolve over time. However, if it persists or worsens, tell your doctor. In case of accidental contact with your ears, nose, or mouth, rinse with water immediately.
