Instructions for use:
- Shake the bottle
- Insert the syringe through the mouth of the bottle by pressing it firmly. Turn the bottle with the syringe in it so that the base of the bottle is facing up. Now withdraw 5 ml of gel.
- Lie on your back and bend your legs, raising your waist slightly using a pillow
- Insert the syringe deep into the vagina until it reaches the cervix
- Empty the syringe by pressing the plunger and then pulling it out again
- Hold this position for about one minute, then dispose of the used syringe
