Divodine antiseptic:
Defodin Vaginal Douche 200m is a vaginal antiseptic solution, a gentle product developed to suit women of all ages, especially for those with recurrent infections. DEFODIN VAGINAL DOUCHE
Always use Divodine exactly as your doctor has prescribed it. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
In case of vaginal infections:
Add (15 ml) of Divodine vaginal douche to a liter of warm water as a vaginal wash before bed. Once daily for 14 days during the menstrual cycle.
If additional treatment is needed, vaginal douching should be continued during the next two menstrual cycles.
For periodic vaginal rinsing:
Add (15 ml) of Divodine vaginal douche to a liter of warm water as a vaginal wash before bed. Once or twice a week.
Medical advice is recommended in case of prolonged use.

1 - Overdose of Divodine
Excess iodine can result in goiter, hypothyroidism, or hyperthyroidism.
- Symptomatic treatment and adjuvant treatment should be provided in case of intentional or accidental ingestion of large quantities of Divodine, with special attention given to electrolyte balance and renal and thyroid function.
2- Forgetting to take a dose of Divodine
- If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, cancel the missed dose and return to the regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
3- Stop taking Divodine
- Do not stop taking Divodine unless your doctor tells you to.
