Advice from your pharmacist about Stérimar nasal hygiene
Stérimar spray should be applied 2 to 6 times a day.
During the first use, it is necessary to perform a first spraying to prime the spray.
For hygiene and moisturizing of the mucous membrane: Insert the tip into the nostril while keeping the head straight. Spray 1-2 times into each nostril and then let the excess solution drain off before wiping yourself.
To deeply cleanse the nasal cavities: Insert the tip into the nostril while tilting the head to the side. Then give a prolonged spray for 3 seconds. Then let it flow through the other nostril and wipe yourself.
After each use, it is recommended to clean the mouthpiece well with warm water and wipe it dry before storing it.
