The firmer gel provides arch and heel support, and the soft gel gives superior cushioning and shock absorption. Instructions for use: • Trim to fit if necessary. Cut along the outline to fit your shoe size or use the original insole as a guide • For best results, remove existing insoles and replace with Scholl GelActive insoles with the DOWN gel side. Replace the insoles when signs of wear appear. It is recommended every six (6) months.
