Biatain® Silicone Ag can be used for a wide range of exit wounds with delayed healing due to bacteria, or where there is a risk of infection, including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, second degree burns, donor sites, post-operative wounds and skin abrasions. It can be used with acupressure.
Biatain® Silicone Ag is a soft, conformable foam dressing with a patented silver compound and a soft silicone adhesive edge. It can be used on infected wounds or wounds at risk of infection.
