Locoid Lipocream 30 grams Hydrocortisone Butyrate is used topically to treat a variety of skin diseases such as eczema of all types, psoriasis, itchy dermatitis, and atopic dermatitis.
Usage warnings:
- To treat perioral dermatitis.
- To treat pimples (acne).
- If you have redness of your facial skin.
- If you are allergic to the active ingredients or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
- If your skin condition is caused by an infection (athlete's foot, herpes...)
- If you have skin problems associated with syphilis (a sexually transmitted disease) or tuberculosis.
Precautions:
Tell your doctor about:
- If you will be using it on skin folds or under coverings (such as bandages).
- If you are using it to treat psoriasis. It should be used for a short period of time.
- If you are going to use it on your face or sensitive areas.
- If you are going to use it on large areas of your skin.
Use of hydrocortisone butyrate:
- This medicine is suitable for adults and children.
- This medicine is for external use.
- Use this drug as ordered by your doctor.
- Wash your hands before and after use.
- Apply a thin layer to the affected area and massage gently.
- Apply to the affected area once or twice daily, but not more.
