Indications for use Mycohel Gel
- MYCOHEAL Oral Gel is used in the treatment and prevention of oral candidiasis (a build-up of fungi in the mouth causing painful white spots on the gums, the inner surface of the mouth or the roof of the mouth and throat).
- Treatment of candidiasis of the pharynx and alimentary canal.
- Treatment of the spread of fungi in the digestive system of immunocompromised patients.
How to use Mycohel Oral Gel
- Clean the mouth of food or drink well before using the gel.
- Stop smoking while you have a fungal infection because it worsens stomatitis and delays the healing process.
- Apply the appropriate amount of gel and spread it in the mouth, gums, under and over the tongue and wait for at least 5 minutes.
- Do not chew or eat any food or drink until about half an hour after applying the gel.
- The duration of treatment usually lasts 7 days until the symptoms disappear completely, and the doctor may increase the duration of treatment depending on the severity of the symptoms.
