How to store acetylcysteine:
- Your doctor or nurse will make sure you store and dispose of the medicine properly.
- Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
- Do not use acetylcysteine after the expiry date stated on the carton and on the ampoule label.
- Store at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius.
- Acetylcysteine should be diluted in an appropriate infusion fluid before use. Once opened, use it immediately. Discard after use.
- Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste.
